1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WonaBet (including through Whop and Discord), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Past Due Accounts
All subscriptions are purchased and managed through Whop Marketplace.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling it before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
Past Due Accounts
If a subscription becomes past due:
Access to WonaBet services may be restricted
You may be moved to a Past Due Discord channel with instructions to reapply or restore access
Full access is restored only after successful reactivation through Whop.

8. Access Issues
If you experience any access issues after purchase (such as Discord access not being granted), you must contact support at support@wonabet.com within 48 hours so we can investigate and assist.

9. No Refunds
WonaBet provides immediate access to digital services.
All sales are final. No refunds are provided, including for:
Change of mind
Lack of use
Losing bets or unmet expectations
Forgetting to cancel
Past due access restrictions
Feature changes or updates
Refunds are only provided where required by applicable consumer law.

Account Sharing

3. Subscription Structure
Payments for subscriptions are processed exclusively through Whop Marketplace. After successful payment, users are automatically granted access to WonaBet’s Discord community and related services. WonaBet offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly or monthly).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal. You may cancel anytime via your Whop dashboard. Subscription confirmation will be emailed upon purchase. Users are responsible for keeping Whop account and payment details up to date. If access issues occur, such as Discord access not being granted after purchase, you must contact support@wonabet.com within 48 hours.

4. Pricing
All prices are displayed at checkout in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless otherwise noted. Prices include GST where applicable. We may adjust pricing with 14 days’ notice to subscribers. Price changes apply only on renewal.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel anytime via Whop or by emailing support@wonabet.com. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. We may cancel subscriptions for breaches of these Terms.
Refunds are not available for automatic renewals. Refunds are only provided for proven technological faults on our part. Refunds are not provided for gambling losses or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

12. Discord Community Standards
WonaBet uses automated systems to grant Discord access based on your active Whop subscription. We may remove or restrict access for breaches of these Terms, abusive behavior or spamming, or other harmful conduct. Discord participation requires respecting others and following community rules.
Delays or errors in Discord access may occasionally occur. If such issues arise, you must report them within 48 hours to support@wonabet.com.

13. Prohibited Activities
